The Baccalieu Players, formed in 1996, are a group of enthusiastic volunteers based in Brigus, who
portray the joys and the tragedies of Newfoundland's inseparable links with the sea. This summer they will be performing a comic dinner theatre - "A Royal Shag-up" and single-character vignettes about the people of Brigus and Captain Bob Bartlett's Arctic adventures.
