 Potter's Mill Pottery Potter's Mill offers a beautiful variety of stoneware and earthenware pottery from artist Sid Butt's studio. The studio is located in the renovated old Salvation Army Citadel in Carbonear. Sid Butt, who was born in Carbonear, received a bachelor degree of fine arts and education from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax. In 1989-91
he bought and transformed the old Carbonear Salvation Citadel into
