Paradise [Municipality on Killick Coast incorporated 2/1/1992. Population 12,584 - 2006 census ] One of the fastest growing communities in Atlantic Canada, the town of Paradise with a population of over 12,500 showed huge growth in the 2006 census with a population increase of 31.1%. The town is located just outside of St. John's, and borders St. John's, Mount Pearl, Portugal Cove-St. Philips, and Conception Bay South.
